The Health Services Authority wishes to inform the public that due to technical difficulties impacting its pharmacy computer network, there may be delays with prescription refills at the Cayman Islands Hospital Pharmacy, District Health Centres and Faith Hospital.
Patients requiring urgent medication refills should take any of their existing prescription with the label to any HSA location.
Patients with at least 7 days’ supply of medication remaining should continue with their existing supplies until further notice.
The HSA is working with its technical team to resolve this issue and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
