Revised NAU Office Closures

Notice Board 19/03/2018

The Needs Assessment Unit (NAU) staff meeting is being brought forward a week.  It will now take place on Thursday, 22 March 2018, consequently the NAU in Grand Cayman will close for the afternoon from noon and the NAU in Cayman Brac will be closed for the whole day.

Both offices will also be closed for the following public holidays:

  • Good Friday (Friday, 30 March 2018) and
  • Easter Monday (Monday, 2 April 2018).
  • Normal office hours will resume on Tuesday, 3 April 2018.

      The deadline for filing beneficial ownership information for Cayman companies is 30 June 2018.  The General Registry will have extended hours on Thursday, 28 June and Friday, 29 June to facilitate filing of beneficial ownership information. Ordinary resident companies are required to file this information through the Cayman Business Portal (http://www.cbp.ky).
