The Department of Environmental Health (DEH) advises residents of Grand Cayman to anticipate delays in residential garbage pick-up in some communities scheduled for collection today (Thursday, 21 June 2018). Affected areas include Frank Hall homes off the East-West Arterial, Anise Estates, Shamrock Road (from Ocean Club to inside Spotts Newlands), Shamrock Road (from Tall Tree to the entrance of Will T. Drive), North Sound Estates, sections of Moonbeam Drive including Nathan Merren Drive and Candlewood Drive to Brushwood Way as well as Hirst Road (College Close to Windward Drive).
Garbage pick-up is scheduled to commence in these areas tomorrow (Friday, 22 June 2018).
Previously uncollected areas such as Randyke Gardens, Halfway Pond, Bobby Thompson Way to Oak Mill Street, South Sound Road, Old Crewe Road, Legacy Drive, Tropical Gardens, homes from IMP to Morningside Drive, Crewe Road (from Jose’s Gas Station to the entrance of Tropical Gardens),Shadow Lane, Wahoo Lane, Brinkley Road, Casper Walk, Merrendale, Short Lane and Webb Road to inside Seymour Drive as well as Andresen Drive, Washington Road and sections of Orange Drive will receive garbage pick-up today (Thursday, 21 June 2018).
Other uncollected areas including Prospect Point Road, Mangrove Avenue, Mahogany Way, Patrick’s Island, sections of Prospect Drive will receive garbage pick-up no later than Friday, 22 June 2018.
