Deputy Governor’s 5K Challenge Fun Walk-Run

On Sunday, April 26th, the 2nd Annual Deputy Governor’s 5K Challenge Fun Walk-Run will take place on Grand Cayman, and for the first time, the DG’s 5K Challenge will also take place simultaneously on Cayman Brac! Both events will be held to benefit the Special Olympics Cayman Islands and to support their attendance to the Special Olympics World Games this summer in Los Angeles, California from July 25th to August 2nd, 2015. Registration for Government Schools Now Open

The registration of students enrolling in or transferring to Government schools for the 2015/2016 school year opened on Monday 30th March, 2015 and registration will close on Friday 26th June, 2015. Registration for Government Reception is open for qualifying children aged 4 Years 0 months before 1st September 2015. That means a child born between 1st September 2010 and 31st August 2011 is eligible for reception, and that he/she must have already turned 4 prior to 1st September, 2015. Continue reading …
