Dr. William Alfred Conrad Hortor arrived in the Cayman lslands in 1936 at a time when there were no local doctors. He unselfishly gave his time and services for minimum reimbursements. He would often walk from George Town to West Bay and other districts when called upon. Beneficial Ownership Information Filing Requirement for Ordinary Companies that do not Engage a Corporate Service Provider
The deadline for filing beneficial ownership information for Cayman companies is 30 June 2018. The General Registry will have extended hours on Thursday, 28 June and Friday, 29 June to facilitate filing of beneficial ownership information. Ordinary resident companies are required to file this information through the Cayman Business Portal (http://www.cbp.ky).
