DEH Training Courses for the Sister Islands

Certification courses in basic food hygiene and cosmetology are being offered by the Department of Environmental Health (DEH) to workers in Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. “Operators of Food & Cosmetology Businesses are reminded that DEH requires all personnel be trained.” says Environmental Health Officer Thomas Augustine. “All personnel who have not yet taken one of these training courses or those needing to update their certification should register to attend”.
